Welcome to my blog. The intention behind this it is to share knowledge and ideas that I have learned during my exciting and often challenging journey into the world of nutrition and wellbeing. Diet is one of the aspects of our lives that we have complete control over, therefore it is vital that we pay attention to what we put into our bodies and become more conscious about the food that we eat. This is not to say that we can’t enjoy food and being healthy.

I will also share what I have learned about raw food and super foods, including their health benefits and how they have positively transformed my life. I will post new recipes, tips and techniques so that you can confidently and creatively make your own delicious dishes! I am always learning, so would welcome all feedback and comments.
